This internship opportunity will provide learning and hands-on experience in sales and client relationship management within the entertainment industry. The Suite Sales Intern will work closely with the Suite Sales team to support the sales process, engage with potential clients, and contribute to revenue generation. The Suite Sales Intern is expected to work a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

  • Assist the Suite Sales team in identifying and targeting potential suite clients for NRG Park events.
  • Assist with event day preparation and activities for suites in the stadium.
  • Support the sales process by conducting research on potential clients, gathering contact information, and creating prospect lists.
  • Aid in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to showcase suite offerings and benefits.

  • Assist the IT team in the maintenance and support of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to respond to user requests for assistance, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

  • Work Guest Services booth during events assisting guests with directions, event information, item checks, and ticket relocation.
  • Assist and bring resolution to guest issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on satisfaction. Use supervisor support when necessary.
  • Provide guest and event information outside in information chairs.
  • Provide special accommodations for wheelchairs and other physically handicapped patrons, senior citizens, students and groups.
