Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

  • Draft letters, reports, and other technical writing in a timely, accurate manner. Compose routine correspondence not requiring a supervisor’s attention.
  • Assist in the drafting, proofreading, formatting, and processing of Operations and Technical Services documents.
  • Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors; provide routine information regarding events, operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Research, prepare and submit daily cost reports. Assist in the drafting, proofreading, and processing of these reports and related documents.
  • Receive, route and file incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely replies and/or action.
  • Review all correspondence to remain informed of all activities and pertinent information.
  • Maintain a variety of private, confidential and/or sensitive files and records of information such as payroll, attendance, budget, event files, expense records, and construction and capital improvement projects.
  • Plan conferences and meetings, make travel reservations and keep calendar of appointments for designated personnel. Complete expense reports as necessary.
  • Prepare event settlement for Operations and Technical Services departments on full-time, part-time, event staff, equipment, and sub-contracted services.
  • Complete clerical work such as scanning, (electronic) filing, organizing, and ensuring office spaces are prepared for daily activity.
  • Maintain and order all necessary supplies and materials for the offices.
  • Create agendas and visual aids for meetings as necessary.
  • Record meeting minutes as requested.
  • Generate, process, and maintain purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
  • Order and maintain full-time staff uniforms and reconcile weekly invoices.
  • Maintain petty cash for the Operations and Technical Services.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Director of Technical Services to develop NRG Park’s Monitoring and Analytics function, maturing our security profile, and working across our global technology, business, and 3rd party teams.  You will continually monitor and improve NRG Park’s cybersecurity footprint and our ability to maintain legal, regulatory, and industry requirements & best practices for cybersecurity.  This is a hands-on role, and we are looking for an individual who is comfortable working within a developing environment, both building technologies and processes to support a cybersecurity function, as well as communicating the state of cybersecurity to leadership within IT and the wider business.  This position will be crucial in maturing NRG Park’s cybersecurity function toward proactive risk management, threat hunting, and incident response capabilities. Also, acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients’ requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to.

  • Serves as primary responder and point of contact in the response, forensic investigation, analysis, and resolution of security incidents.

  • Evaluate and manage SIEM and security monitoring tool rulesets and operating procedures.
  • Perform complex configuration changes to meet business and information security requirements on Cisco Catalyst Switches.
  • Design and analyze vendor services and information security requirements; maintain relationships with key vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve security monitoring.

  • Development of relevant, helpful measurement capabilities and metrics to track and communicate performance, coverage, and risk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

  • Plan, organize, and manage events at NRG Park.
  • Ensure successful event execution through supervising and training Event Coordinators.
  • Accurately prepare event estimates in conjunction with the contractual proposals set forth by the Sales Team.
  • Staff and supervise medical personnel, crowd control, ushers, ticket takers, and Police Officers for events.
  • Research, review and recommend equipment, materials and supplies required in providing event services and planning.
  • Build event diagrams using AutoCAD software
  • During large tenant events on property, work with other Event Managers to help manage assigned tasks associated with that event.
  • Work closely with the Exhibitor Services Manager to ensure all services ordered through the online ordering system are delivered in a timely and consistent fashion.
  • Coordinate outside service needs with food and beverage contractor, decorators, or other vendors.
  • Assist with special needs or requests for all front-of-house arrangements such as opening of house, late seating, clearing aisles, ADA accommodations, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department with regards to all media entry into the building before, during or immediately following events.
  • Coordinate with either 24-hour Security or Event Security to ensure proper filing of all personal injury and accident reports that may occur during events or daily operations.
  • Communicate in a timely and accurate fashion all settlement closeout documents to Finance related to vendor invoices, service provider invoices, etc.
  • Accurately execute all back-end documentation related to the event, i.e., post event notes, event photo uploads, event folder production and sorting, etc.
  • When applicable, participate in post event meetings to provide detailed feedback which enhances repeat events or future events of similar genre.
  • Maintain the proper image and generate positive public relations with artists, clients, exhibitors, patrons, and staff.
  • Take direction and communicate with all users of the facility in an emergency situation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and full daily implementation of an efficient inventory management process.
  • Responsible for checking in and out all Outside Operations support personnel, including sub-contractors and volunteers.
  • Issuing and collecting uniforms, supplies and the appropriate daily event notes upon employee check in and check out.
  • Utilize Inventory Management program to track and distribute Wardrobe inventory daily.

  • Maintenance and cleaning of all signs, sign storage and sign shop workspace.
  • Reviewing all event overviews and sign requests within 36 hours of receiving the request.
