No. For example RodeoHouston tickets are not sold on Ticketmaster (go to rodeohouston.com for more information). There are other events which do not sell their event tickets on Ticketmaster, but currently most live entertainment events at NRG Park except RodeoHouston sell their tickets on Ticketmaster.
For the safety concerns of patrons, NRG Park may refuse entry of individuals in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: sealed packages of any kind, bottles or cans, coolers or containers, outside food or beverage (Exceptions are made for medical reasons and children).
Yes. Tickets purchased at the NRG Park ticket windows do not include the Ticketmaster convenience fees.
Yes. For advance ticket sales at the NRG Stadium south ticket windows VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. Checks are not accepted. On the day of a show ticket sales may be cash only for certain events. There are ATMs located near most ticket windows.
For most events at NRG Park, children two years of age and older require a ticket for entrance. Children under two on the lap are free, but this is not a blanket policy for all events. For example NCAA events require that everybody must have a ticket. For many family shows the rule is children one year of age and older require a ticket. RodeoHouston’s current policy is children three years of age and older require a ticket. Please double check the policy for each show.

Guests ordering tickets through Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone may pick up tickets at the will call line located at the box office during box office hours prior to the event. A valid picture I.D. and the credit card used to purchase the tickets will be required before releasing the tickets.
Guests are not permitted to pick up tickets under another name without proper written authorization.
Yes. Promoters may decide to change their ticket prices based on market conditions.

A camera policy is determined by each show, and therefore varies from event to event. Small, point and shoot cameras are allowed for Houston Texans and Rodeo Houston events. No audio or video recorders are allowed for any event.

NRG Park is committed to guest safety offering various Security Procedures and Checkpoints.
Security Checkpoints: All items allowed into NRG Park facilities are subject to inspection. Bags larger than 11" x 17" and all backpacks will not be allowed. Lockers and storage areas are not available. Purses and diaper bags are subjecy to inspection.
Prohibited Items: For the safety concerns of patrons, NRG Park may refuse entry of individuals in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: video or audio recorders or similar devices, professional camera equipment or lenses over 12” in length, laser pointers, weapons/firearms, air horns/whistles or other noisemakers, sealed packages of any kind, bottles or cans, coolers or containers, fireworks, inflatable objects, outside food or beverage (Exceptions are made for medical reasons and children) No remote controlled vehicles, including cars and unmanned aircraft (drones), are authorized to operate on NRG Park property.
Emergency Evacuation Procedures: NRG Park ensures that all staff is properly trained in all emergency preparedness procedures. Designated team members have the primary duty of assisting and directing ADA guests to specific evacuation locations. First Aid: Certified EMS services are available at all NRG Park events. First Aid stations are located in all facilities.
Disorderly Conduct: NRG Park strives to create enjoyable environments for all guests. Any guest not complying with NRG Park policies or local, state and federal laws is subject to ejection. Your ticket to an event is a revocable license. The ticket bearer must abide by facility and governing regulations. A guest creating a nuisance, disturbance or interruption for other guests shall be warned first to correct behavior. Recurring disorderly conduct shall be cause for ejection from NRG Park.
