Ticket Information
Below are the specific dates and times the NRG Stadium South Ticket Windows inside of Bud Light Plaza will be open for sales.
Please note: While most NRG Park events for sale on Ticketmaster.com can be purchased at the Box Office, there are certain exceptions:
- On Weekdays – From 5:00 PM onward, only event day tickets may be purchased.
- On Saturday’s (when the Box Office is open) – From 2:00 PM onward, only event day tickets may be purchased.
- On Sunday’s (when the Box Office is open) – Only tickets for that day’s event will be sold.

Getting to NRG Park with METRO
METRO provides several convenient options for reaching NRG Park.
Visiting NRG Park on Houston METRO:
Whether you’re coming from out of town or already in the city, METRO offers convenient, affordable, and accessible ways to get to the big game, concert, or event.
From the Airport:
Flying into George Bush Intercontinental (IAH)? Catch METRO’s 500 IAH Express, which provides direct service between the airport and Downtown Houston. From there, simply transfer to the METRORail Red Line for a quick ride straight to NRG Park.
By Rail:
The METRORail Red Line stops right at NRG Park. Exit at the NRG Park Station off Fannin and head to Gate 2 for easy entry.
Accessibility:
METRO provides 100% accessible service. Guests with disabilities can also take advantage of METROLift paratransit service for added convenience.
