Come for the experience, come for the fun. You train hard all year. Now is the time to utilize that training. Whether you joined Tiger-Rock for the exercise, for self-defense or to become a martial arts master, you joined for the experience. Nationals provides an unforgettable and enjoyable experience for anyone involved in the Tiger-Rock program. Nationals focuses on everyone that is enrolled in a Tiger-Rock program. Participate at the Tiger-Rock Nationals near you, and discover what your training has done for you.
