TICKETS

• Tickets are good for 1 scan only, there is NO RE-ENTRY for this event.
• If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster, please check your confirmation email or your Ticketmaster App to access your tickets.
• If you received transferred tickets you must open the email or text and accept the tickets.
• Use your Ticketmaster app to quickly access your tickets.
• Barcodes will only appear 8 hours prior to the event.

• If you bought tickets for others, you can transfer tickets to your group if you are not arriving together.
• Before you arrive at the venue, sign into your account in the Ticketmaster App.
• Tap My Events to view your order.
• Click on the event you are attending.
• Select View & Save Tickets.
• Add your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet to easily scan and go to the gate.
• When you arrive, simply open your ticket in your phone’s wallet, either tap your phone or scan your barcode and you’re in!

Accessible parking spaces are available and located throughout NRG Park on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible parking spaces are intended for vehicles with proper state issued placard or license plate in addition to the NRG Park paid parking pass. Ask parking staff to assist in directing you to the designated ADA section at the front of the lot. If you encounter any issues with parking or your event experience, contact Guest Experience at 832-667-1400.

Bag policies vary per event. Backpacks and large bags that exceed 11”x17” are not allowed. Necessary diaper bags and medical bags are subject to inspection before entry.
