Box Office

Ticket Information

Below are the specific dates and times the NRG Stadium South Ticket Windows inside of Bud Light Plaza will be open for sales.

Please note: While most NRG Park events for sale on Ticketmaster.com can be purchased at the Box Office, there are certain exceptions:

On Weekdays – From 5:00 PM onward, only event day tickets may be purchased.
On Saturday’s (when the Box Office is open) – From 2:00 PM onward, only event day tickets may be purchased.
On Sunday’s (when the Box Office is open) – Only tickets for that day’s event will be sold.

October

October 22nd - 24th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 5:00pm

October 25th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 2:00pm

October 26th at NRG Stadium: 9:30am until the start of the 3rd Quater (Only Texans vs 49ers tickets will be sold at NRG Stadium)

October 29th - 31st at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 5:00pm

November

November 1st at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 2:00pm

November 2nd at NRG Stadium: 9:30am until the start of the 3rd Quarter (Only Texans vs Broncos tickets will be sold at NRG Stadium)

November 5th-7th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 5:00pm

November 5th at NRG Arena: 5:00pm until Ryan Castro takes stage (Only Ryan Castro tickets will be sold at NRG Arena)

November 7th at NRG Arena: 5:00pm until Bert Kreischer takes stage (Only Bert Kreischer tickets will be sold at NRG Arena)

November 8th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 2:00pm

November 9th at NRG Stadium: 9:30am until the start of the 3rd Quarter (Only Texans vs Jaguars tickets will be sold at NRG Stadium)

November 12th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 5:00pm

November 13th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am until after intermission of Disney On Ice (Advance sales will end at 5:00pm | Only Disney On Ice tickets will be sold after 5:00pm)

November 14th at NRG Stadium: 9:00am until after intermission of Disney On Ice (Advance sales will end at 5:00pm | Only Disney On Ice tickets will be sold after 5:00pm)

November 15th at NRG Stadium: 9:30am until after intermission of Disney On Ice (Advance sales will end at 2:00pm | Only Disney On Ice tickets will be sold after 2:00pm)

November 16th at NRG Stadium: 11:30am until after intermission of Disney On Ice (Only Disney On Ice tickets will be sold at NRG Stadium)

November 19th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 5:00pm

November 20th at NRG Stadium: 10:00am until after the start of the 3rd Quarter (Only Texans vs Bills tickets will be sold after 3:00pm)

November 21st at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 5:00pm

November 22nd at NRG Stadium: 10:00am to 2:00pm

November 22nd at NRG Arena: 2:00pm until Gente de Zona takes stage (Only Gente de Zona tickets will be sold at NRG Arena)

NRG Park Ticket Windows will be closed November 26th-28th for the Holidays

Getting to NRG Park with METRO

METRO provides several convenient options for reaching NRG Park.

Visiting NRG Park on Houston METRO:

Whether you’re coming from out of town or already in the city, METRO offers convenient, affordable, and accessible ways to get to the big game, concert, or event.

From the Airport:
Flying into George Bush Intercontinental (IAH)? Catch METRO’s 500 IAH Express, which provides direct service between the airport and Downtown Houston. From there, simply transfer to the METRORail Red Line for a quick ride straight to NRG Park.

By Rail:
The METRORail Red Line stops right at NRG Park. Exit at the NRG Park Station off Fannin and head to Gate 2 for easy entry.

Accessibility:
METRO provides 100% accessible service. Guests with disabilities can also take advantage of METROLift paratransit service for added convenience.
